Wabash, Ind., April 8 - A divorce and custody of five children is asked in a complaint filed in circuit court Friday by Mrs. Mary Richard against her husband, Clarence Richard. The couple was married in 1907 and separated last November. The wife charges non-support and says her father, William Cowgill, has supported her. She was granted a restraining order to keep her husband away from the father's home pending action on the suit. (Fort Wayne News Sentinel; April 8, 1922)
