The Brown Family here Lived in Calhoun, and Cleburne Co., Al. Her Great-Grandfather's Estate, Larkin Brown dated July 12, 1859 in Benton Co., Al. Benton changed to Calhoun in 1858. His son, Confederate Ephraim Jasper Brown married Elizabeth Mentora Vaughn Nov. 15, 1854 Calhoun Co., Al.

Her great grandson, David Hughes an Air Borne Army Ranger, sleeps beside her.
