She married Leo "Fred" Spalding in September of 1942. They were married for 63 years! He survives at their home.

She is survived by two sons, Thomas (Nancy) and Charles; and two daughters, Kathleen (Leon) Lawson and Mary Cooper, as well as numerous grandchildren.

Cause of death: Cancer (female)
