William A. (Bill) Worsham of Monroe died March 23 in Walton Medical Center. He was 55.
A native of Blounstown, Fla., he was the son of the late Robert M. Worsham and Lorena Blackburn Worsham. A resident of Monroe for the past 25 years, he was retired from Hercules, Inc., Covington.
He was a member of Faith Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
Funeral services were held March 24 in Faith Baptist Church. Dr. Charles Forrester officiated. Interment was in Hill Haven Memory Gardens. Pallbearers were Thomas Hudgins, Roy Miller, Howell Cooper, Chris Conner, Grady Paul Atha, and Jimmy Spratlin.
He is survived by his widow: Joyce Mize Worsham; two daughters: Mrs. Larry (Donna) Hamby and Vickie Worsham both of Monroe; one son: Tony Worsham of Monroe; one sister: Jean W. Loveless of Rome; one brother: Stanley Worsham of Marietta; two grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Arthur Bowick, Inc., Funeral Directors were in charge of arrangements.
