Mr. Blagmon was retired from J.A. LaPorte Construction Co. after 56 years.
He was a member of First Baptist Church, Loretto, where he was also a Deacon, member of the Missionary Society and the Sunday School.
Survivors include his wife Annie Mae Blagmon; daughter Carolyn E. Blagmon of Baltimore, MD; sons Barry Donnell Blagmon and Fred Rodney Blagmon, both of Baltimore, MD; three brothers, James Albert Blagmon, John Blagmon and Thomas Blagmon, all of Chance, VA, and four grandchildren.
The funeral was held at First Baptist Church, Loretto.
Washington Funeral Home, Tappahannock, handled the arrangements.
