Mrs. J.T. Spivey, 69 years old, died at the family residence, 721 E. 9th street, early Saturday morning. Funeral arrangements will be announced later by Street & Draper. Mrs. Spivey is survived by her husband and six sons, M.O. Spivey, A.A. Spivey, M.D. Spivey, E.W. Spivey, of this city, and J.Don Spivey, Los Angeles, Ludd M. Spivey, Lakeland, Fla., Three daughers, Mrs. W.H. McCoy, Mrs. George G. Leech, and Mrs. Pauline Miller of Oklahoma City.

Funeral services for Mrs. J.T. Spivey, who died at her home, 716 E. 9th street, Christmas morning, will be conducted by Rev. C.A. German of Altus in the Grace Methodist church here at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon, it has been announced by Rev. A.S. Cameron.
Burial will be in Rose Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Spivey, who was 69 years old, had been a member of Grace Methodist church since coming to the city in 1905. When she and her husband celebrated their golden wedding anniversary in 1924, 8 children and 35 grand children attended. She was a pioneer worker in church and civic affairs in the city.
