BYRON, Neb. - The funeral for Mrs. Anna Abelbeck, 94, Byron, Neb., will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Byron, Pastor B.F. Mirtz officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Abelbeck died Saturday at thee (sic) Republic County Hospital, Belleville.

She was born April 14, 1884, in Jefferson County, Neb., and lived in the Dewitt area before coming to Byron where she had lived many years. Her husband, Dietrich, died in 1964.

Mrs. Abelbeck was a member of St. Paul's Church.

Surviving are two sons, Albert Hobelman, Deshler Neb., and Harold Hobelmann, Byron, and a daughter, Mrs. Rudolph Marquart, Byron.

The family suggests memorials to the church. Friends may call at the Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart Funeral Home, Belleville.

Anna Maria Charlotte Abelbeck was born on April 14, 1884 in rural DeWitt, Nebraska to her parents Friedrich Koch and Louise nee Hulsmann. She died at the Republic County Hospital in Belleville August 26, at the age of 94 years, 4 months, and 12 days.

She received her secular education in a rural school near Plymouth, Nebraska.

In April, 1905 she was married to John Hobelmann. To this union were born Albert and Harold. The family in 192! moved to the Byron community. Her husband John died on April 24, 1922.

On January 30, 1927 Anna was married to Dietrich Abelbeck. To this union was born a daughter Esther. Anna continued to live in the Byron community until her death. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church.

Preceding her in death were her husband, John, her parents, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and her husband, Dick.

Surviving are her children Albert Hobelmann, of Deshler; Harold Hobelmann, Byron; Mrs. Rudolph (Esther) Marquart, Byron; a step-daughter Mrs. Ed (Marie) Duensing of Hebron, 11 grandchildren, 30 great- grandchildren, and 12 great- great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Tues. Aug. 29 at 2 pm at St. Paul's Lutheran Church of Byron, Pastor B, F. Mirtz officiated. Interment in St. Paul cemetery (sic)
