Susannah (Mayo) Berry, was born 11 Aug. 1781 to Isaac Mayo and Huldah Baker according to Harwich vital records (of course Brewster was a part of Harwich at that time). From Brewster vital records she aquired Intentions for marriage to Theodorus Berry of 02 Dec 1804 and married him 18 Aug 1805. Besides an infant who died at 17 months and is buried near her, she and Theodore had a son named Isaac. I see you have Isaac burial also added (He's buried in Brewster's Lower Road Cemetery), but you have his mother as Mary (Baker) Berry. Mary was Theodore's second wife. Their Intentions of marriage are listed in Brewster vital records as 11 Oct 1814. You have her, Theo's and a couple of their children added at Lower Road Cemetery. Isaac was listed as one of Theo and Mary's children when they added a record of the family to the Brewster vital records, as you have noted, but Isaac is really a son of Susannah who died in 1814.
