Eugene Ables Of Williston Dies
Williston, Jan 3.--Eugene Ables, 61 died today at State Park. Mr. Ables had made his home in Williston, since 1928, when he came here from Springfield, here. He spent his entire life farming until he was forced to retire due to ill health. He was a member of Dean Swamp Baptist church.
He is survived by one daughter, Eva Mae of Williston; five sons, J. L., Kenneth, Horace, Julian Henry, and Harvey D. Ables, all of Williston; three sisters, Mrs. Mamie Mathis, Miss Pearl Ables and Mrs. J.
E. Zeigler, all of Hastings, Fla; and three brothers, Otis Ables of Saluda, L. Ables of Charleston and Jim
Ables of Hastings, Fla., and four grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a. m. January 4, by the Rev. G M Rogers of Williston, officiating.
Interment will follow in adjoining cemetery.
