She had lived in Lake Charles for more than 60 years before moving to Brenham to live with her only living sibling and beloved brother, Paul, and his wife, Ada.

Louise will be remembered for her career in banking and years in the Calcasieu Parish Tax Assessors' Office from which she retired. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and St. Margaret's Catholic Church and V.I.C. Group.

Louise and her husband, Paul, loved to travel and had many photo albums from those trips.

Anyone who knew Louise knew about her love for cats. She had a black and white cat named Sox, who loved her like no other.
