Allan Dee Higgins
OGDEN – Allan Dee Higgins, 66, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2010 with loving family by his side. He was born in Salt Lake City, Utah on May 30, 1943 the son of Ralph and Kathleen Kearl Higgins, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He served with the U. S. Navy and retired from the Internal Revenue Service.
Allan is survived by two sons and two daughters, Carl Dee, Bradley Allan, Margo Kay, and Karen all of whom he loved very much. Also surviving are three sisters, their spouses and families: Carolyne & Richard Jensen, Vickie & Marc Farris, Kayleen & Greg Flynn, and his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew.
