She was born May 22, 1914, in Kittanning to Charles and Lizzie (Campbell) Emminger.
Mrs. Bell was a member of the First Baptist Church of Kittanning.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Richard "Cork" (Dolores June) Smith of Kittanning; four granddaughters, Jamia Cook of Fort Lauderdale, FL; Kimberly Collins, of Orient, OH; Jacqueline Faulkner of Columbus, OH; and Terri Wade of Inglewood, FL; nine great grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Bell in 1979; a brother, John Mechling, and three sisters, Mrs. Olive Essenwein, Mrs. Marguerite Jack, and an infant sister, Jessie.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 28, 1992, at Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home, Kittanning at 11 a.m. with Rev. Frederick W. Young officiating.
Burial will follow in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
