Killed in action, small arms fire, in Bien Hoa Province, South Vietnam.

On November 09, 1970, an ambush patrol made up of members of Company B and South Vietnamese Regional Force soldiers was engaged by enemy soldiers as it was enroute to its ambush position. Two Bobcats were killed and one was wounded in the contact.
