Services will be Monday in the Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem with Rev. Laveral Cook presiding. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.
Mr. Mullinax was born Nov. 6, 1911 in Parkersburg, the son of Morton and Flossie (Huchel) Mullinax. He married Bea Miller Dec. 4, 1930 in Olney and she survives.
He was a retired farmer and trucker, and member of the Parkersburg United Methodist Church.
Other survivors include two sons, Jimmie, Canoga Park, CA; Jack, Parkersburg; three sisters, Mrs. Fonda Hayes and Mrs. Louise Ahlfield, both of West Salem; Mrs. Carolyn Ahlfield, Kissimmee, FL; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Gilbert.
