Mrs. M. J. Baggett AKA Mrs. J. M. Baggett, has a CSA pension application on line under Cobb County in the GA Archives. She gives her date of birth as 27 June 1831 and says she married Joshua Baggett on 18 Nov. 1848. He enlisted in March 1862 and served with Company B of the 41at GA Infantry. He died of Brain fever in late July 1862 or 6 Aug 1862 in Lauderdale Springs, Miss. while in service.
