William H. Luttrell, 69, 215 So. died today in a Tulare convalescent hospital. He had worked as a farm laborer and was a native of Tennessee, moving to Tulare seven years ago. He had lived in California for 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, Georgia, Tulare; four sons, Lt. Tom Luttrell of the Tulare Police Department, and Don Luttrell, Tulare; James Luttrell, Salinas, and Bob Luttrell, Merced, and two sisters both living in Chatanooga, Tenn. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the Peers Funeral Service chapel. Burial will be in Tulare Cemetery.
