Carl Anton Anderson, son of Herman and Emma Anderson was born at Osage City, on October 17, 1891, and departed this life at Topeka, February 9, 1960, at the age of 68 years, 3 months and 23 days. He was united in marriage to Tillie Satterman on March 6, 1918 at Lyndon. To this union was born three children, Norman Anderson of Valley Falls, and Betty Denza of Azusa, Calif., and one daughter died at birth. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herman Anderson, two sisters and one brother. He was a retired carpenter in Osage City before moving to Valley Falls to live with his son, Norman Anderson and family. He leave to mourn his passing, his wife, Tillie of the home; a son, Norman Anderson of Valley Falls; a daughter, Betty Denza of Azusa, Calif., and four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
