Katharin(e) "Kitty" Adele Adams Hollenbeck/Hallenbeck is my great grand aunt. She was born in upstate New York. Her parents were John Adams and Katharine Anny Johnson. Her father John is also buried in this cemetery but her mother Katharine is buried in Albany Rural Cemetery in Albany County, NY. She had three siblings - Maria "Rita" Belle Adams (my great grandmother), Alvene "Allen" Adams and Rose Eleanor Adams. Both Rita and Allen are buried back in NY but Rose is buried in the same lot as Kitty in this cemetery.
Kitty married Harris De Plan Hallenbeck in NY about 1907. Sometime between the 1910 and 1920 Federal census, Kitty and Harris moved to Los Angeles, California along with her widowed father John and sister Rose.
Kitty and Harris had no children.
