It is with a heavy heart and a tearful eye that I post this Memorial. I knew David for several years and never tired of being in his presence. He was one of the best Police Officers I ever met. He was fair and compassionate and at the same time strict. Being a Police Officer was his Passion and he loved it, but most importantly he was my friend.
