Robert Whitten Inzer, minister, teacher and farmer, was b. 1828 in Georgia to Robert Dowdy Inzer and Elizabeth "Betsey" Leavell.
His first marriage was to Temperance "Tempie" Loveless in 1850. She was b, c1830 in GA. d, c1863 in St. Clair Co., Al. and is presumed to be buried at Inzer Cemetery, Trussville, Jefferson Co., Al. in an unmarked grave. They had 6 children, 4 b. in GA., 2 b. in AL.

His third wife was Mary Ann Jones b. 20 May 1854 in AL. d.
4 Apr 1923 in Calhoun Co., AR. She is buried at Means Cemetery, Calhoun Co., AR. They had 5 children all born in Alabama and all buried in Arkansas.

Bro. Inzer accepted a call to preach the gospel in Bradley Co., AR. in 1894 and wrote back to friends in Alabama that he was called to 4 churches and had not "missed a Sunday". He died in 1895. His young son George died about two weeks later.
