Thomas Lemuel "Tom" is the son of Lumpkin Lemuel "Lee" "Lem" Westbrook and Oleta "Olevie" nee McKAY Westbrook.

Tom married Elise Christine "Lizzie" nee DREYER, daughter of Johann Heinrich "Henry" Dreyer and Fredericke Wilhelmine nee FISCHER Dreyer, in about 1915 in Texas. To this union were born these known children: Doris L. and Jessie Charles "Dick" Westbrook. Lizzie died from complications of tuberculosis.

Second, Tom married Christine Marguerite nee CUCKLER, daughter of John C. Cuckler and Mary M. nee ROGERS Cuckler, in about 1923 at Texarkana, Miller Co., AR. To this union were born these known children: Mary Lee, John Cuckler "J.C.", Catherine, Barbara Jean, Thomas Lemuel Jr., Nelda Faye, James A. "Jimmy" and Jerry Wayne "Skipper" (female).

Toms' first child, Mary Lee was born about 1926 in Texarkana, Miller Co., AR.. Mary Lee married William "Bill" West.
