The deceased man was born in Arcada, IN., on March 22, 1849, but had lived at Westville for the past 70 years. He was a contractor and builder and a member of the Methodist church, the I.O.O.F., and the Silver Star Rebecah.
Mr. Reynolds is survived by his widow, Madora Jane Reynolds, whom he married at Westville on Sept. 19, 1873; five daughters, Mrs. Nelle Vick of Elgin, Ill.; Mrs. Estella Murphy of Miller, Ind; Mrs. Grace Hurst of Westville; Mrs. Bessie Koontz of Westville; Laura Reynolds, at home; three sons, Veer, of Westville and Ray and Earl at home.
Funeral services will be held at the Westville Methodist church at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, the Rev. S. V. Roush officiating. Burial will be at Westville with Cutler Brothers in charge. The body may be viewed Thursday.
