MRS. L. D. BOYD, 76, of 3609 Parthenia Ave., died at 2:10 p.m. Sunday at SS Mary & Elizabeth Hospital. She was a member of Camden Avenue Christian Church. Survivors include her husband; five daughters, Mrs. Catherine Elkins, Mrs. Louise Suter, Mrs. Thelma Holland, Mrs. Helen Rinehart and Mrs. Angela Jones; four sons, Verland A., Emanuel H., Lemuel C. and Ollie Oscar Craven Jr.; 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Arch L. Heady Southern Funeral Home, 3501 Taylor Blvd., with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens.

Buried, 10/08/1969, in Louisville Memorial Gardens West, Louisville, Ky.; Garden of Christus; Section 4B, Lot 135; Grave 2. She was buried by her 1st husband, Ollie Oscar Craven. When she died, she was Mrs. Luther Demaree Boyd.(abstracted by Dolores Bohn)
