James Fitzharriss, a bachelor, a Car Man, from 32 Sandwith Street, son of Andrew Fitzharris, married Catherine Costelloe, a spinster, a Servant, from 14 Holles Street, daughter of Michael Costelloe, on 18 June 1865, at St. Andrew's Church, Westland Row, Dublin.

She died at 2, McCleane's Lane, Dublin.
Her Death Certificate gives the cause as "Dropsy", and noted her age as 55.
Her son Andrew Fitzharris was the informant of her death.

Maud Gonne laid a wreath on her grave, as a mark of respect to her and James, who was still in prison serving a sentence of penal servitude for life for being an accessory to the murder of Cavendish and Burke.

The cause of death was "Dropsy".
She was said to be aged 55, a Coachman's Wife, and was married.
James Bermingham of 26 Cuffe Street, Dublin, handled the arrangements for the funeral.
Kate is not in the same grave as her husband.
She is buried in a grave, which if it had a headstone, would be where the white paper is located.
