Mrs. Ella Crouse Willison

Mrs. Ella May Crouse Willison, aged 63, wife of Frank Willison, of near Sycamore, died rather suddenly at her home yesterday morning, September 26, 1929, at 10 o'clock. Mrs. Willison was not feeling well Wednesday evening and shortly after arising yesterday morning she became seriously ill, her death occurring about two hours later. Neuralgia of the heart was the cause of her death. Mrs. Willison was born December 31, 1865, a daughter of Enos and Mary Elizabeth Crouse, deceased, and spent all her life in the Rogersville and Sycamore communities, where she was widely known. Besides her husband she leaves the following sons and daughters: Mrs Laura Bowler, of Rogersville; Mrs. Ina Martin, of near Rogersville; Mrs. Lenora Stockdale, of Rogersville; Floyd Willison, of Sycamore; Alonzo Willison, at home; Ralph Willison, of Sycamore; Mrs. Josephine Stockdale, of Rogersville. Three brothers and four sisters also survive, namely: Edward Crouse, A. Y. Crouse, Fred Crouse, Miss Jennie Crouse, Mrs. Kate Wiley, Mrs. Winifred Leonard and Mrs. Alice Throckmorton, all of Rogersville. Mrs. Willison was a member of the Christian church of Rogersville.
