In1900 Clara Leasure was an inmate in the State facility for mentally challenged children in Frankfort.
She appears to be the daughter of John C. and Belle Hockensmith Leasure. Belle was the daughter of George and Mary Hockensmith Suter and had ties to Switzer. John and Belle Leasure married and spent their early life in Jessamine County, Kentucky before moving to West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Clara Leasure most likely was born in Jessamine County and died in Franklin County.

He shares his birthday [June 10, 1888], date on stone with a brother, William Franklin Leasure, which indicates he may be a twin. Clara and Marion are buried at Switzer lot RR23 [Belle Leasure Lot]
