III , CMSGT (Ret) Sunday April 23,1989, beloved husband of Lynda Case(nee Slaughter) beloved son of Leonard and Viola Radar, dear father of Randal, Patrick, and Scott Case,and Cynthia Case Borkowski, dear Grandfather of 3, Shaun, Jennifer and Michale, dear brother of Robert Case, Leonard Radar, Sandra Wilson, Diane Turner, and Cathy Dionne, dear son-in-law of Lynette Slaughter, and father-in-law of Peter Borkowski.
Funeral Services 1 pm Thurs, April 27, at The HUTCHENS
Mortuary , 675 Graham Rd., Florissant. Visitations 5-9 pm
Wed. Internment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetary
with full military honors.
Chief Case was retired after 30 years of service in the
Air Force. He was honored in service by receiving the Defense Meritorius Medal, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Metitorius Service Medal, with one Oak Leaf Cluster, Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross with Palm, and many others. Chief Case was most recently a Flight Instructor with TWA,
St. Louis.

Memorials may be made to the Air Force Aid Society.
