Death has again visited our community and taken from our midst our friend and neighbor, Miss Katie Antry, who departed this life Dec. 28th, 1893. Miss Antry united with the Baptist church in early girlhood, being only about 16 years old. She was a devoted daughter, a kind and loving sister. She was the soul comfort of her aged mother in her decliniing years, who preceded her to the grave only about three months ago. She leaves one sister and four brothers to mourn their loss. She (sic) funeral was conducted by Rev. Browning, at the M. E. church in Callao, after which the remains were placed in the old Callao cemetery by her parents.—A FRIEND.
