Shirley was supervisor of packing at Monterey Mushroom and of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by parents, John and Julia Grimes Miller; brother, Johnny Miller.
Survivors: husband, Henry "Butch" Sledge; son and daughter-in-law, Hank and Michelle Sledge, Lenoir City; daughter and son-in-law, Melanie and Michael Lane, Philadelphia; 4 grandchildren, Gideon, Holden and Eli Sledge, Summer Lane; sister, Betty Jean Wade and Gary, Soddy Daisy; brothers, Kenneth and Dasie Miller, Philadelphia, James and Katie Miller, Lenoir City, Paul and Betty Jo Miller, Sr., Loudon; several nieces and nephews.
