He was the son of James Thomas Smith and his mother was Bettie Frankie Stevenson.

His first wife was Arminda J "Minda" Hildabrand they had 5 Children Gerald 1915-1976 Glenn 1915-1994 Maurice Edwin 1920-1977 Mary Frankie 1924- 2003 and Imogene Hildabrand "Jean" Smith 1926-2004.

His Second wife was Helen Lucille McDaniel.

They had one child.

DIES IN HOSPITAL

Floyd K. Smith 64 of 1209 E.
Condit St. died at 4 p.m. yester-
day in the Wabash Employes
hospital after and illness of four
months.
Mr. Smith had lived in Decatur
for 40 years and was a machinist
at the Wabash Shops for 38 years.
He was a member of the Interna-
tional Assn. of Machinists.
He was born Dec. 26 1895 in
Lewisburg Ky a son of Mr. and
Mrs. James T. Smith. He married
Helen McDaniel Collins in Spring-
field, Aug. 17 1943.
He leaves his wife; sons, Gerald
and Maurice both of Decatur
Glenn of Philadelphia; daughters
Mrs. Mary Parish and Mrs. Imo-
gene Rinehart both of Decatur.
A brother Orville of Lewisburg
Ky 13 grandchildren and
four great grandchildren.
Burial will be in Graceland
cemetery.
