Frank was twice married and soon after his second wife died, some six years ago, he moved to town with his sister-in-law, Miss Antoinette Seawell, who has made her home with Mr. Turner for nearly twenty years.

During the long illness that preceded his death deceased had the devoted care of his sister-in-law, Miss Seawell, whose tender solicitude and attention made the closing hours of his life full of happiness and peace.

In addition to his sister-in-law, deceased is survived by four sisters—Mrs. Rebecca Norwood, of Texarkana, Texas; Mrs. Elizabeth H. Turner and Mrs. Janet M. Baldwin, of San Francisco; and Mrs. R.M. Cutts of Mare Island; also a nephew, Daniel Key Turner, of Oakland.
