She was the daughter of the late Samuel Daniel Fogle and Mary Frances Wofford Fogle. She was a member of the St. Matthews Lutheran Church, a graduate of Winthrop College, and retired from Aultman Motors. She was predeceased by her brother, Samuel Daniel Fogle III.
Survivors include her husband James W. Heape of Four Holes community, Cameron; two daughters, Mary Lynd Heape and Laura James (Jamie) Parker both of Four Holes community, Cameron; a niece and nephew, Stephanie Fogle Steed and Samuel Daniel Fogle IV, two great nephews and one great niece.
