--Died-- Kanatzar--In this county, on Sunday, July 15, 1860, Mr. Jas. W. Kanatzar, in the sixty third year of his age. The deceased was born and raised in this county, was beloved by all who knew him, and leaves a wife and family, and a large circle of friend and relatives to mourn his loss. Mr. Kanatzar was an old citizen of Madison, and has by his industry and attention to his own business accumulated a small forture and made a host of friends. He was generous, social and kind in his intercourse with all men, and his neighbors will feel deeply his loss. To his family, relations and friends, we tender our condolence, may they live long and die as much respected as him who has just passed away. E.W.T.

James W. was buried on his farm at Million, KY, removed and reburied in the Jacob Kanatzar Cemetery at Whitlock, KY. His coffin was made of porcelain. It was so heavy to move, they had to drill holes in the bottom to drain the water and a little of James.
