Thomas Furman Adams, 86, widower of Pauline Lark Adams, of Greenville, entered into heaven February 20, 2010.
He was born August 19, 1923 to the late Anthony and Annie Adams.
Mr. Adams served his country in the U.S. Navy in World War II.
He was a charter member of Oakcrest Baptist Church.
He is survived by a brother, Charles Adams of Hendersonville, N.C.; a sister, Helen Terrell of Easley; and a host of nieces and nephews
He was predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
Mr. Adams was lovingly cared for by his nieces, Wanda Riddle and Joyce Eastburn; a nephew, Eddie Terrell; and a sister, Helen Terrell.
Visitation will be Monday, February 22, 2010, from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest.
A graveside service will be Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. with burial at Graceland Cemetery, West.
The family is at 17 Alabama Ave., Greenville.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
