Elliott EJ "Ken" Kinsworthy, of Irving, passed away Friday, February 12, 2010. He was born November 16, 1917 in Chicota, Texas.
He was an Army Staff Sgt. and served from 1939-1948 during WWII and was awarded 8 Medals of Honor, including a Bronze Star. Ken loved to play 42 at the Irving Heritage Center.
Preceded in death by his wife Ruth Bernice Kinsworthy, survivors include his grandchildren Melinda Sandor of Plano and Troy Swift of Lewisville; and siblings Mary Etta Taylor, Myrble Brown, Wayne Kinsworthy, Helen Billingsley, and Vignon Ford.
