His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday with a 30-minute state in Stony Hill United Methodist Church, where he was a member. The Rev. Lanny Lancaster will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery with military honors at graveside by Albemarle Stanly County DAV Chapter 12.
There is no formal visitation but friends may go by Hartsell Funeral Home Saturday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Born Oct. 19, 1938, in Stanly County, he was a son of the late Onnie Lisk Clodfelter and was retired meat manager for Food King in Norwood.
He was a U.S. Army veteran.
A sister, Sue Hunsucker, also preceded him in death.
He is survived by cousins.
