Olive Twp.
This cemetery is abandoned and unattended. It has no name that can be found and only two headstones remain standing. take Eden Ridge off of SR 124 outside of Reedsville,Ohio. At the top of the first hill is a small dirt road leading to a gas well. left of the gas well is an old path...which leads to the gravesites. It is a wooded area and is covered with brush and thorns.
Addie was originally surrounded by a Rod iron fence..only two sides of the fence remain standing, the rest lies on the ground with briers growing in them. The fence covers an area that looks like a second grave might be there, Maybe Linley, but I couldn't find any markers or stones.
BICKNELL, LUCINDA A. WATERMAN: WIFE OF DANIEL BICKNELL
DIED: 6/20/1879 76 YEARS, 11 MONTHS, 18 DAYS OF AGE
The original people who created these plots used the stone from the
surrounding area to make markers and liners for each plot. There was a
stone leaning upon a small tree that had not one word on it.
There might be more graves here..but not noticeable.Property is owned
