Elwood Royalty HARRODSBURG
The funeral for Elwood Royalty, 78, of 366 Drake Street, Harrodsburg, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg by the Revs. Barry Harmon and John David Lane.
Burial will be in Springhill Cemetery.
He died Sunday at James B. Haggin Memorial Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Flossie Beatrice Allen Royalty; two sons, Connie Clifford Royalty of Lawrenceburg and Donald Wayne Royalty of Mercer County; a daughter, Mrs. Don (Brenda) Stiglich of Mercer County; three step-daughters, Mrs. Carl (Opal) Clark of Harrodsburg, Gussie Gustava Smith of Lexington and Patricia Brock of Nicholasville; a brother, Edward Royalty of Lawrenceburg; 24 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
His grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Honorary pallbearers will be the senior adult Sunday school class, Donny Bugg and Rodney Thompson. Visitation will be held after 3 p.m. today at the funeral chapel.
