Mr. Edwin Odell of Hutchinson, KS, a former resident of Newport, died on Saturday last. He had been in poor health for quite awhile, and his death was no surprise to his friends. He moved from here with his father, George W. Odell, about 20 years ago. We know but little of his history since he left here. After moving to Kansas, he married an estimable lady, who with his 2 children - a son and a daughter - survive him. He was about 44 years of age, and was well known to most of the people in this locality.
