Olive Irene Fiscel was the daughter of Oliver and Lizzie Hoffman. She was born June 10, 1876 near Industry, Kansas, at which place she grew to womanhood. She was married January 4, 1899, to M. A. Fiscel, also of the Industry neighborhood. She, with her husband, had resided at Blue Rapids, Kansas for the past twelve years, at which place she died on December 18, 1917, aged 41 years, 6 months and 8 days. Her father and mother and one brother have preceded her to the Great Beyond. Besides her husband she leaves to mourn her death, three brothers, two sisters, a large number of relatives and a host of friends. Interment was made at the Greenridge cemetery, Dickinson county.
