You will notice on the information above and the death certificate the last name of her Father was clearly written Zelterower. This is the first I've seen of this spelling.

Let me do some more investigating before I change the spelling in her name on the memorial.

UPDATE: I received an email from contributor Sherry Deal Jones about the name variations. I am going to leave all the information here and add this note below:

Jane Ann Virginia Zittrauer/Zetterower DeLoach was my great great grandmother. Original spelling of surname was Zitterauer upon arrival at Ebenezer in 1734. Spelling evolved to Zittrauer (dropping first e) and then several variations including Zetterower which was spelling used by Charles Ulmer (Jane's father) 1798-1848, though surname at birth Zittrauer by his parents Johann Gottlieb Zittrauer and Hannah Howard Zittrauer.
Hope this is helpful.....

Thank you so much.

UPDATE: This information comes from contributor C Bozeman to prove husband's military involvement. Thanks. 05 Apr 2016.

Jane A. V. Deloach, who says she was born in 1841, has a CSA pension application on line in the GA archives virtual vault. She says she married Wiley Deloach in Bullock Co, Ga in 1866. He enlisted in Company B of the 7th GA Cav. In this paperwork is a letter that states he was captured and sent to Pt. Lookout, MD. then to Elmira N.Y. and finally to the prison on the James River. He was even recaptured in the hospital of Richmond, VA in April 1865...apparently the Yankees could not keep him penned up! Jane Deloach gives his date of death as Dec. 24, 1883 in Bullock County Deloach, Jane A V
