Larry D. Hickey, 45, Vice President of Tarrant Savings Association, died Saturday after a heart attack.

He was a native of Shreveport, La. and was a veteran of the Korean War and the U.S. Navy. He had lived here since 1942.

Hickey was a member of the University Christian Church, was president of the TCU Alumni Association, past president of the Frog Club and secretary-treasurer of the Ridotto Dance Club.

He was a member of the Hemphill Heights Masonic Lodge, was a York Right Mason and a member of the Mosiah Shrine Temple. He had served as secretary treasurer of the Shrine patrol.

Surviving are his wife, Marihelen, a son, David Hickey, a daughter, Melinda Hickey, and his mother, Mrs. Virgil Hickey, all of Fort Worth.

Funeral arrangements will be announced by Shannon's South Funeral Chapel.
