A graveside service was this morning in Parkton Cemetery, the Rev. Bonnie Reedy officiating.
A native of Robeson County, she was a retired deputy sheriff with the Robeson County Sheriff's Department. She also served as an EMT with Robeson County Emergency Medical Services.
She is survived by two sons, Robert Furmage and his wife Susan, both of Kernersville, and Mitchell Furmage
