He was caring, loving husband and father. Preceded in death by Henrietta, his precious wife and life partner of 53 years. Joe was a born again believer in Jesus Christ, a Master Mason, Bronze Jordon Medal holder, 69 year member of the Bee Hive and Papillion Masonic Lodges. Joe was a founding member of Faith Presbyterian Church in 1961 and volunteered countless hours to help with the successful launch and continued growth of Faith Church. He owned a farm for many years near Highway 370 and 60th St. and called Papillion his home. Joe also worked for Allied Chemical Company, Plattsmouth, NE, and the Papillion/LaVista School District prior to his retirement. In his retirement years, Joe was an avid fisherman and often said fishing is one of God's great blessings to enjoy on a beautiful Nebraska day. Joe is survived by sons, Jim, Atlanta, GA, Joe (Linda), Tucson, AZ, Paul (Robin) Omaha: 6 grandchildren, Dale (Debbie), Teresa, Edward (Amber), Atlanta, GA. Melissa (Ryan), Omaha, Michael, Tucson, AZ., Megan (Joshua), Austin, TX: 4 great-grandchildren, Alexis, Marilyn, Madison and Sloan, Atlanta, GA.
