He also received a Pride Scroll award and Citiation for Excellance from the 4392nd Aerospace Support Group at Vandenberg AFB, California. Philby is presently at Wakkanai, Hokkaido, Japan."
His grandfather Frank James Philby who outlived Jim, was cremated and his ashes interred with the grandson he especially loved.
