Jane Feathers, 62, of San Angelo died Saturday, April 1, 2000, in a local hospital.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Luke United Methodist Church with the Rev. George Lumpkin officiating. Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Johnson's Funeral Home.

She was born June 23, 1937, in Carrizo Springs and had been a resident of San Angelo since 1961. She worked at Westside National Bank and retired from 1st Community Federal Credit Union. She was a member of
St. Luke United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Feathers of San Angelo; two sons, William Dean Feathers of Rankin and Michael Scott Feathers of San Angelo; two brothers, William David Hoglund and Paul L. Hoglund; three
grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jane Feathers, 62, of San Angelo went to be with her Lord on Saturday, April 1, 2000, at 12:25 p.m. in SCCI Hospital.

Service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 6, at St. Luke United Methodist Church with the Rev. George Lumpkin officiating. Burial will follow in Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Johnson's Funeral Home.

Jane was born June 23, 1937, in Carrizo Springs, Texas, to Christine and Paul Hoglund Sr. She was a lifetime resident of San Angelo and was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church. She graduated from San
Angelo High School in 1955 and attended the University of the Philippines. She worked for GTE, Westside National Bank and retired from 1st Community Federal Credit Union.

Jane was married to Bill Feathers on Dec. 12, 1958, in Marietta, Ga. Jane is survived by her husband, Bill Feathers of San Angelo; two sons, William Dean Feathers and wife, Terry, of Rankin and Michael Scott Feathers and Casie Beene of San Angelo; three granddaughters, Megan DeShawn and Shelby Christine Feathers, both of San Angelo, and
Dana Marie Feathers of Rankin; two brothers, William David Hoglund and wife, Joan, and Paul L. Hoglund and wife, Patricia, of San Angelo; and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

She was predeceased by her parents, Christine and Paul Hoglund Sr.; and son, Stephen M. Feathers.

After retirement, Jane enjoyed gardening, and her three granddaughters were the light of her life.

Pallbearers will be JOHN CHILDERS, ARMANDO TREVINO, DUB IZZARD, NORM MILLER , Gary Carr, Eugene Berger and Bill Nikolauk.

The family wishes to thank the staff at SCCI Hospital and the doctors and nurses who helped care for Jane during her stay at the hospital; also, a special appreciation to her aunt, Madeline Thetford of San
Angelo and two sisters-in-law, Maggie Duncan and Katie Perry of New York and all the prayers given by everyone.

Memorials may be given to St. Luke United Methodist Church or a favorite charity.
