Son of Isaac Dailey and Mathilda Bush. He married Bertha Isabel Keiper (daughter of Amandus Keiper and Emaline Heller) 15 Apr 1908 in Stroudsburg, Monroe Co., PA.

He died at his home at Tobyhanna, PA and was buried in St. Paul's UCC cemetery by the Frey Funeral Home of South Sterling, PA. (Obit in "The Record", Thursday, 24 December 1959)
