Services for Richard Thomas "Dicky" Huff, 28 of 2050 Anthony, who was found dead at his home Tuesday were to be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Elliott-Hamil Chapel of Memories, 542 Hickory.


The Rev. Howard Ingram, pastor of Trinity Baptist Church, was to officiate. Burial was to be in Hamby Cemetery.


Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Huff of 702 Sandefer; a sister, Sue Kirkman of 5333 Buffalo Gap Road; two brothers, Bob E. of Rt. 7 and Johnny of 3672 State; two daughters, Gail Huff of Sherman and Brenda Huff of Abilene; and his grandfather, R.L. Osborn of 2331 N. Treadaway.


He was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy Huff.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Snodgrass, Don Harris, Al Cagle, Mike Summers, Curt Childress and Raymond Gibson.

Abilene Barber found dead


A 28-year-old Abilene man last seen Sunday, was found dead at his home Tuesday evening.


Thomas Richard "Dicky" Huff of 2050 Anthony, an Abilene barber, was found dead at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at his home. Justice of the Peace Roland Dunwody pronounced him dead and did not issue a ruling in the death. He said he would wait until a police investigation is complete.


Police believe he died Sunday afternoon and do not suspect any foul play.


Services will be help at 2 p.m. Thursday at Elliott-Hamil Chapel of Memories, 542 Hickory.


Burial will be in Hamby Cemetery.
