Brenda S. Whetstone, 43, New Paris, died Monday. She was born in Roaring Spring, daughter of John Walter and the late Pauline (Aucker) Walter. Surviving are her father; her husband, Timothy P.; a daughter, Ashley Samuelson of Hollidaysburg; a son, Joshua P. at home; and six siblings: Shirley Langenbacher, Judy Yarwood, John Walter, Dorothy Diehl, Raymond Walter and Laura Foor. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Louis Geisel Funeral Home, Bedford, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24, 2010
