Born in a small house on Salmon Creek. Go to Marionville, Forest County, PA North on Forest St. (Rt 128) to Salmon Creek. House was on West side of road and on north side of Salmon Creek. Shortly after family moved to Redbank Township, Clarion County, PA. They lived in a house on West side of RT 66 a couple hundred feet south of Hickory ridge Rd. Married Etta May Lucas at her parents home. Go up Hickory Ridge Rd., Take first left and house was at the bottom of the hill on Left side. Oscar (did not like the name Norman so he went by Oscar or Sox) was a very strong man, became a butcher/meat cutter. Also owned a trailer court on East State Rd. east of Olean, NY. You could not ask for a better Husband, Father and Grandfather.
